All ishopmaverick candles are hand-poured in small, limited runs.

Because of their handmade and limited nature, all sales are final.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@ishopmaverick.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage
• A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your claim and do our best to make it right.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.


Please Note

• We do not offer returns for scent preference.
• Used candles cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We reserve the right to decline claims if a product appears significantly used or altered.
