Welcome to iShopMaverick. These Terms of Service outline the rules and conditions for using our website and placing an order through our request-based system. By accessing this site, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

This website is operated by iShopMaverick. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to iShopMaverick. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
2. Order Process
iShopMaverick does not use a traditional checkout system.
Submitting an order form through our website is a request, not a confirmed purchase.
If requested items are available, an invoice will be sent via email. Orders are confirmed only after payment is completed.
Invoices must be paid within 24 hours to secure your order. Unpaid invoices may be canceled without notice.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities at any time.
3. Product Availability & Descriptions
All products are handmade in small batches and released in limited runs.
Due to the nature of our process:
• Quantities are limited
• Scents rotate
• Slight variations may occur
We make every effort to accurately describe our products; however, variations in color, scent perception, and packaging may occur.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD.
Pricing is confirmed at the time an invoice is issued.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time prior to invoice issuance.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s integrated payment providers.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship via USPS Flat Rate.
Shipping costs are included on your invoice.
Orders ship within 2 business days after payment is received.
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages
• Incorrect shipping addresses submitted by the customer
Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Damages
All sales are final.
Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, please email hello@ishopmaverick.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
7. Intellectual Property
All content—including logos, text, images, photos, and designs—belongs to iShopMaverick and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.
8. Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use this site:
• For any unlawful purpose
• To infringe upon our intellectual property
• To interfere with or bypass security features of the site
